@claybrown1258 we will never build it here, we can simply move it to Vietnam, India, and other countries where the cost of labor is much lower. China will have to answer for this, because they tried to cover it up. Now, it is all over the world. A lot of foreign and US companies will leave China after this is all over. We cannot trust China anymore.

@claybrown1258 If you don't have the money then you have to go to work. For me, I don't have to work for years, I am just going to take 4 months off, because I can afford to. If you can't afford it then you will just have to be exposed to it. Like all viruses, they mutate as they go from person to person, and get stronger and deadlier. Good luck.

@RockBrentwood I am an engineer, and I can tell you that we import a lot of crap from China, more than just cell phones. Electronic components, capacitors, resistors, LCD screens, semi-conductors, micro-controllers, etc.

@claybrown1258 You don't have to believe what the Chinese government say, but we do need a lot of the stuff that they produce to build larger machines, like automobiles, medical equipment, manufacturing machinery, main battle tanks, avionics, various types of electronics, etc.

You can't carry guns in that area, it was agreed upon by both sides no firearms and other weapons are allowed in that disputed area.

@claybrown1258 We will move all the factories and manufacturing plants back to the USA when the US dollar loses its reserve currency status. When that happens, we can no longer print money to solve all of our problems. We will have to produce things of value, and export it to other countries.

@claybrown1258 They will force people to go to work in 2 months here. This coronavirus will spread here, and it will kill a lot of people. I am sure, it will kill millions of people. In 2 months, this virus will not go away. When this virus comes back, and if it mutates to a deadlier strain it could affect young and healthy people. The mortality rate could be as high as 10 to 20% or more.

@Ben Daulton The cost of labor is less I'm Vietnam than it is in China. China will still produce most of the electronics in this world, because they have a lot rare earth minerals which are required to make circuit boards. They have all the infrastructure and they produce most of the components for circuitboards. It will take years if not a decade to built all that in the USA. I don't even think the US has the capability to produce a lot of these things.

@Ben DaultonIt will take years to setup the infrastructure to mine and process rare earth minerals. I don't even know if the US has the technology to process the stuff efficiently. Most of that was lost through the decades.

@Ben Daulton you people think it is so easy, it ain't. It takes time patience, and a lot of hard work to develop all this stuff. It will take a decade to build up the industrial infrastructure to build all the components for electronic equipment.

@Ben Daulton When all this is over, you better pray that the US doesn't lose its world reserve currency status. The US is in a really vulnerable spot. We can't produce a lot of things that goes into producing complicated machinery, like automobiles, aircraft, helicopters, and other complex machinery. If you didn't know, most of the factories and manufacturing plants in the USA are highly automated. We need a lot of the parts and components that we can't produce to keep these manufacturing plants going. Besides, modern day machinery is very complicated, so no one country can produce all the parts and components to make this stuff work. If we don't get the parts to produce these complex machines, we can see factories starting to break down, tractors not work, combines not working, and we can possibly see a situation like Venezuela. The government keeps printing money, no one takes Venezuela's currency, no one wants it, and when you print too much money and no one wants it. Then, you get hyperinflation, your economy becomes, like Zimbabwe, or Venezuela. Since we are engaged in a trade war with all these countries that idiot Trump started, these things that we need become more expensive. When other decide to dump the US dollar as the world reserve currency then you couldn't buy a lot of the stuff you are able to buy now. It will be too expensive for you to buy it with dollars. It takes years to build up a industrial infrastructure to build anything. It can't come out of your ass like Donald Trump is saying. Trump says, don't worry about it is easy. It ain't.
