  2. You can say whatever you want, because you have your freedom of speech. However, there are consequences for what you say. For example, if you insult the mother of a hard core gang member, you could get seriously injured or killed. If you insult a prison guard, you could get beaten with a club. If you insult your boss, you can be fired. I don't know why black people didn't do anything about Kanye West insulting black people with offensive statements, like slavery was a choice. White lives matter, and other outrageous things Kanye said about the African American community.
