  1. This is where you are wrong. A Federal judge declared that is is perfectly okay to levy a tax on the sale of every gun. The governor of the Mariana Islands tried to ban handguns, and he failed. So, he came out with another idea, he came out with a $1000 tax per handgun bill. It passed, and the Federal judge said it is CONSTITUTIONAL!
