Thats not why your pray 5 times a day and also yes allah did put him in this situation and he will get him out of it if he wills if he doesent well then its gods judgement. After all praying for something is just asking god for something but in the end the decision if with god in whether he would accept your prayer or not. Maybe he wouldnt and maybe this would be a bad thing until he would get a good outcome out of it or maybe its just a test after all Islamically this life is a test.

In that case anyone would blame the other for Adultery and everyone would die. except that isn't how it works, you need 4 witnesses and they need to swear multiple times on it plus if there was evidence suggesting otherways the 4 witnesses would be severly punished one of the 7 worse sins in Islam and like the worst of the worst is to blame women especially women randomly for adultery its compared but not equal to Murder or apostasy.
