@famalam943 So what was he doing, going to a place out of his area, with a weapon of death. He took the damn gun to give him balls, balls he didn't have without it. A demonstration is a legal happening. Hes not a cop, a guard, nothing. He's a punk trying to make a name for himself. And his parental supervision is a joke. It doesn't matter how the shooting happened. If he hadn't have had the gun, he would have shut up or protested against the protesters, but probably no one would have died. He got off on technicalities. He's a zero, not a hero.

@alexanderkerensky2984 I'm all set for this,,,punk,,,to go to jail , directly to jail, do not pass go. Once I saw the smerk on the kids face when he was talking to his lawyer, i knew he's not taking what he did seriously. He got off because of technicalities and a judge that thought he was on, The people's Court. It's not over for him though. There will be wrongful death, filings, I think. We'll see how he behaves down the road. He may not end up being the hero he sees himself to be.

@luna I m not going by media speak. I watched some of the trial and saw the facts from the trial. Then the verdict. The trial was a joke. The judge was probably his biological father. In hiding. He couldn't have been more one sided. More concerned with,, what's for lunch,, than having a true trial. But no, the media had 0, to do with my feelings.

@alexanderkerensky2984 I didn't see all of that. And to me it's the chicken and the egg. Did he initiate the first shooting, then they tried to retaliate and then he shot them? Point to me is, he took a lethal weapon, miles away from his home, went to some trouble to get the weapon in the first place. This wasn't a spur of the moment incident where he felt threatened at home or at school or work, grabbed a gun and defended himself and others from other gun carrying protesters. Hes no better than the Jan 6 th crowd that actually brought weapon's to the protest. If he felt like defending a point at a protest, he could have gone to be another voice to be heard. But he wanted to be a tuff guy.

@luna Maybe its legal to carry if you have a gun license and a carry permit. What do you want to guess he has neither. He's wasn't even old enough to get a gun. Maybe u should research instead of being a fan of a punk.

@alexanderkerensky2984 That's what I meant by technicalities. The jury should ignored or shoved past that, but they were probably told those points were lawful and had to be respected in the outcome. Like kids not being charged as adults. This was a sham trial in my opinion.

@Nortius Maximus First off , minimus. The protests were only as violent as the most violent people at the protest. So how many were carrying firearms? We know of one, the person who killed 2 unarmed people. Why weren't there many more anti protesters there carrying? If the protest was so unruly, where were the multitude of police? Cut the crap with your bullshit self defense case. If he'd have kept his ass at home , where there was no protest, all this wouldn't have happened. If he was so interested in just being an anti protester, he didn't have to bring a weapon of mass destruction. These nra, gotta have an assault rifle to protect your home nuts are just pushing gun sales and join the club so we can make money. They don't give a crap about a well qualified militia. @AdamDarwich346 Well who knows, Allahdad,, maybe if the two guys he killed, had of been the burning, murdering slugs, you portrayed them to be. They could have gunned down good ole boy, Kyle, huh. But that didn't happen did it. As for those people being my friends, I didn't know them at all. All I know is, where were all the other anti protesters carrying firearms? Where were the police? Where was the national guard? Poor, poor little Kyle, was the only tuff guy, out to tell that bunch of murderers, he was the man,,and they better listen to his trigger finger. @alexanderkerensky2984 I'm sorry but the whole situation is a gray area. You and others wanna say, he was defending himself. He wouldn't have had to if he didn't have gun balls, and think himself a hero by bringing it. If you are in your home, yard, maybe even in ur car, and get attacked without provocation, and u have a gun in your car, thats self defense. Carrying a gun into a knowing possible confrontation, thats inciting. It doesn't matter what you or the jury said. By bringing a lethal weapon to the protest, he initiated the confrontation. He fanned the flames of hostility against men who weren't armed. Why did he go there? He even tried to say he was there to help possibly injured people. What injured people? He was the only one that killed someone. Far as I know there were no other cases of death or shooting. Face it, no gun, there d have been,no death's.

Oh and as for defending those type of people. Have you considered the fact that, the people the right, which by your setting me and other, people,, that thought he should not have been totally exonerated, liberals. People like Taylor green and her ilk, see the people who tryed to,,,hang pence and take pelosi hostage, patriots, for speaking up for freedom's we the people enjoy. But when it comes to people protesting blacks being killed by police, they favor the person Rittenhouse, for killing 2 people that were members of the protest. So where the hell do you conservatives,,, don't seem to know who you want to stand up for. Those protestors were doing the same thing the thugs on Jan 6 th were doing. Using force, to make themselves heard.

@luna No, he's not innocent. If he wanted to be innocent, he could have gone there hauling a video camera and filming any actual crime. Turned it over to the police so actual law enforcement could do its job better. He's a vigilante. Thats all. He got off on technical ities. He is,,,,a murderer. A stupid lying murderer. Would you not call me responsible for doing a hundred in a 40? Or say, well others should have been careful when they saw u coming? No one reacted till he flaunted the weapon. @tittybojangles I didn't look at the documentary. Because I know what happened the way the court made it out. I m not actually trying to absolve the protestors of any responsibility. But I think they should have put at least half,,of the blame on him, so that noone could make light of what he brought to the situation. A drunk driver is still responsible for an accident he causes. Not the booze. Not the other driver. Even if that driver may have done something inadvertently, to aid in the accident. If that driver dies. He should have been charged with possession of a firearm without a license. Manslaughter, aiding in a death. Something. So to curb the idea what he did, was okay. It wasn't.

He could have grabbed a camera and walked around the areas where people were burning, looting and whatever u said, and gotten evidence to have them arrested later.
