  1. All that ever seems to happen with oil wealthy countries and their allowing US and UK companies to pay for it,is the leadership sucks up the money while the people still live in poverty. Look at the middle East countries now. Billionaire leaders living in super wealth, but tje people still are impoverished. Same thing will happen every where. We're not the only country that has a 1%. We just have more working class and middle income class.
