Chuck Todd was doing all he could do with trying to argue with Giulliani. When u have a person that just will NOT,, speak the truth like Trump and Giulliani, you just cannot do anything. They will lie to the very end. Never admitting they did. They're like insane to reason with. The show is only an hour long. You can't just go back and forth for the whole time. You just give up.
