  2. That may be so. But that's STILL not Bidens fault. Blame the bridge builders that did NOT, place any type of piling protection. Hindsight is always 20/20. I don't know how old that bridge is. But I have seen many bridges, that have either 0 pile protection, or just pt telephone poles, around piers, to stop or detour boats and ships from hitting them. I live in Tampa Florida. And our skyway bridge, originally built in 1954, had 0 major incidents until the 80s, when a ship in a storm, was pushed into the support pier. Sending half the structure into the water , 190ft. Below. When it was rebuilt, they did put huge concrete bumpers around the center span piers. Because accidents do happen. People do stupid shit.
