  1. It's incompetent because trump wants to save money by curbing the testing. He's probably heard how much it would cost to make enough tests for the whole US, and he hates the idea of spending it because all the ney sayers are saying, it's going to go away on its own, so why spend that money when we can sell all the hydroxy crap and make another killing, but test kits are out of our control. This is the example of running the country like a business. No thanks
