Well the general said, military comes from the people. They are the people as well as the rest of us, accept they are sworn to serve the country in battle against outsider's bent on taking control of America. Also we were all sworn to obide by the code of military justice. There are many rules there, that are there to protect the soldier as well as their seniors, from legal attacks. Soldiers are responsible for not obeying commands they see as wrong. And general s have that same responsibility.
