WHAT!!! Come on. Probably one of the most crooked governments in the world, and they want to pin their lifestyle of crime, on guns made here?
That's like the old adage,,, The devil made me do it.
Im as sympathetic about the problems of other poorer countries , where the leadership lives like kings, off money and aid sent to help the weakest amongst them. There used to be a pride, in being from somewhere and making your way, even if your lifestyle isn't luxurious or perfect. Now it's, just send your people to america, while you still live like a king, off the people slaving to grow food, and the aid from tax dollars of our middle and lower income, while our wealthy, pay no or little taxes. But we have to do something about the fact that, whole countries, pack up and head for the US. I came here at 4 years old, from Germany in 1956. Noone gave us anything but a green card.
That's assimilation. Today we have areas where people do not and cannot speak English. And don't care or want to.
Mexicans bought thrre houses on my street . Next door, across the street and next to them. There must be 10 people, adults and several children living in each house. They all have brand new cars and trucks, not inexpensive cars and trucks, all decked out with truck gear. Mercedes suvs. No one speaks English.
I'm totally open to people coming from anywhere to the US, for good reasons. But no country is open for taking half the population of another country in, because that countries government doesn't want to make life beneficial for all their citizen's. After the war, thousands of Germans didn't race to america. They got together and rebuilt, with the US,s help and made the country whole again. We only came here cause my dad was an American soldier that brought my mom and me over to get married. We didn't bring grandma and grandpa and uncle Fritz and auntie Em.
I'm no rumpian for sure. But I know we just can't let half a country move in,in one swoop. But we should help them have a safe country to live in and prosper and build their lands better. So they can feel pride in their own homeland. Then, if they wish to come live here, it'll be just a few, thinking about moving somewhere else. No offense to anyone.
