It's totally understandable that the lawyers are concerned about payment, because if he deems they didn't do all they could, he'd short pay or not pay them at all. He's got too much baggage and shows of non payment. People get a bit leery of that behavior. That one lawyer ask for a 3 mill prepayment right? That's the only way to be sure with him.
