  1. Well from what I understand, the government can appeal to the 11th circuit court, which has almost an even count of Dem judges and Republican set judges. All it would take is 2 right wing judge's vote with the Dem judge's and her ruling is out. The whole thing here is, he has files and documents that he has 0 right to. Period. What the hell is the exemption here? He is 100% in the wrong having those in his possession.

  2. All I want is for the DOJ to come out with a public announcement stating the facts. Trump took government files, not allowed to his club/home. He was not allowed to do this by law. He was asked to give them all back. He did give some back, and said, that's all I have. Someone found out he did not give them all back, thats when the government went to a trump appointed judge and got a court order to go in to Mar Lago and retrieve anything they found that he was not allowed to have. If his followers don't want to believe them,,,,oh well, they tried. But I'll guarantee you, 70 or 80% of Americans will see the truth. Then hell with the brain dead ones. There will always be some that just cannot be shown. And he'll deny, deny. Right to the end.
