  5. Well there are many factors to sellable value. Location, condition, commercial, residential. County appraisers value for tax purposes alone, I'd say. And the judge and prosecutor understand that. That's not even the case. It's that trump exaggerated exorbitantly for loans, insurance, and sales. And maybe, his " brand", being part of the value of a property. That may help when he trys to sell it, and like a valuable baseball card, there's more value depending on who the player is or was. Condition of the card, on and on. Personally I don't think the brand, trump,,,is all that high anymore. .
