Well it is up to the person who made the point to acknowledge that, yes it's not a swinging bat and it wasn't trump initially posting it but, trump retweeted the photo. Knowing damn well the insinuation. And yes, posting the picture of the daughter of the judge was most definitely a subliminal threat, whether they want to admit it, or not.
