It's pretty obvious his whole plan is to delay everything. The closer we get to election time, he thinks he can use his privilege as a candidate to either delay longer or even cancel the conviction process in any or all of his legal involvements. And like someone has said, even if he doesn't win the republican primary, he'll pay the republican nominee for a pardon. Which I believe will only stop federal crimes, not state. This is how he's gotten away with so many things in his life of crime. Palm off the crimes on others. Pay off fines and law suits, and just deny any wrong doing.
