I've always seen Pete Buttigieg to be a highly intelligent, thinking, reasonable person. He did a superb job telling this Fox chump the door.

I really didn't hear the Fox host ask him the question in a proper way. It sounded like the host read Pete's husband's tweets right? If he simply said, " sounds to me like he just made up his mind a choice of where to eat". Trying to understand the logic of this q&a. Hey, when men marry men and women marry women, who's name changes? Or do they keep their given names and there is no subservience? Just wondering.

@wendigo63music55 Seems yes and no. Listened to it several times for clarification and either it was taken out of context or the communication was edited and maybe dubbed. Play it again and listen really close. The host started out saying, " your husband tweeted, Sounds like he just wanted to eat wherever he wanted. What's your reaction to that? ". Then Buttigieg says what he said. Something is edited out of the question. My opinion. Because Pete's answer doesn't jive with that exact question. And he's not one that would respond to a question with misspeak. Also. I believe the hosts point was to double the question with, innuendo. When referring to, " your husband". Making reference to him being a gay man. Another Fox specialty.
