  1. No-one!!! Should have absolute immunity. Even if a president starts a war if it's not justified, should and could be prosecuted. During the trial is when the jury makes a non political verdict. Just like anyone. That's what impeachments are for. I mean come on. How many other presidents have behaved like trump? He needs to stand trial just as say Putin should, by doing something against the rule of their oath of office. Every political figure should be under the same scrutiny. I don't care if it's criminal or monetary.
