  1. It sounds to me, " From what I've heard", that it is treason in the case of the government officials that knew or were directly involved. How treason falls, in regard to non governmental persons, they were the actual offenders. So how they prosecute them, I don't know with what. But I'd rather see the instigators get prison. And obviously the ones who physically hurt the guards and police. Hang them.
