  2.  @johnparks6936  This is,,,the reason for totally unbiased judge's. For everything you said. Most of us say unbiased, in reference to political or personal view. When Barr stepped in to his position, he swore up down and sideways, that he would go strictly by the Constitution and the law. Yet now when asked questions about a case, he says,,well, I don't know what that law is, and then adjusts every thing to protect agent orange. That may fly with an appointed figure, that will go or stay at the will of the next prez. But a supreme court justice is set for life, which seems ridiculous to me. Unless the founders figured, the constitution doesn't change so a judge here today will still know the constitution, tomorrow. Another thing that makes it unfair is, the deck is stacked. The Republicans are the Senate majority . Trump's an idiot. But an idiot that has an agenda. Get rid of the ACA. This judge has professed against abortion, and I believe the ACA. Talk about a predetermined vote. No way is that going by the law. And the election. If for some reason the election gets thrown in front of the court,, almost seems a sure thing,huh. The only thing that will determine her honesty will be her sense of right and wrong. And her sense of integrity too. Id hope, assignment to the highest court in the land would affect you in a positive way. That u have been chosen to,do the, right thing. When all the cronies that put you in,,,looking for a favor later, will get a big surprise,when the time comes.

  3.    Of course, but some people are way more extreme than others. Ur definitely right that we all grow up developing ideals and personal opinions. But that doesn't mean you're glued to them. Let's put it this way, I would not want Bill Barr to be on the supreme court. Many people just should NOT be judge's. They have too much personal baggage.

She remembered that and tried, to hold them to their word. Which now u see they are breaking yet again. These Republicans of this Senate are a disgrace to a true democratic government.

My whole point is, mcconnell supposedly set a precedent, in 2016, by filibustering no president should be able to place a supreme court justice, so close to election time. Many other Republicans rode that opinion,,, and swore to it, Lindsey Graham. Now we see how f,n, honorable they are, the bastards. Their turning a 180, now and claiming it's fine for Trump to pick one, barely 40 days from election day. There's not a damn thing right with that. None. They should be impeached,if that's possible. I'd rather see worse. Because of their ruthlessness. But capital punishment isn't allowed I hear, anymore.
