It won't be enough for so many freebie wanters. Never enough. They don't care that tax payers are funding their higher education so that they can get those 6 figure salaries. My daughter not only paid back her loans or is still, and worked every summer while in college. And she's a mere high school teacher. So while many people that paid, are paying and can pay their borrows off, the lazy ones want totally free college. So 10,000, won't be enough Joe. Not for the new generation of grad, that wants his or her cake and eat it too.
