This is bulsbit that the republicans are holding gov worker hostage to get billions that they gave to the rich in tax breaks, to supposedly fund a wall that they know is a drop in the bucket to what it would cost. I think they intend on using the money to put onto whatever it'll go to to compensate to the tax breaks. Five billion is a fifth of what everyone knows the wall would cost. This is a crap republicans trick.
