  1. The way the judge put it is like talking to a baby. Which is crazy. When you put it that way, it's so damn... generalized? All he's gotta do now is say something about someone and then say, I misunderstood. He's using his basic ability to use his platform as a candidate, to put people down. Plus, how is it fine for him to say really nasty stuff about Jack Smith and his Trump hating wife! How is that acceptable? He's not running against Jack Smith. And especially not his wife. Accusations are like marching orders to his clan. When are judges going to see that? Also, I don't see personal attacks on Joe Bidens family. I don't care if trump wants to use Joe's policy, or political views or what he's done in his job as president. But you don't hear Joe Biden talk about trumps past, his wife, even his brats. You don't hear Joe saying, oh your wife's a Biden hating person. Your kids are crooks and should be jailed. Trumps whole attacks are full of hate and disgusting rhetoric about Joe's family, his being a bafoon. Jack Smith is a trump hating idiot and worse. I'm sorry, that is not political attacks. Those are personal and send signals that because Smith hates trump, not crime, he's fair game to attack. It's insane the judges don't do more to curb his hate speech. Hate speech can not be considered, freedom of speech.
