@markdonnelly1913 Hello to Australia. I really appreciate your input, as do all of the democracy lovers here. It is a fact it seems, democracy lovers in other countries know more about what goes on here than a whole lot of supposed American citizens. Trying to understand what's happening with the Trumpublicon party. So all we can do is vote like hell this year and show him and his cultists, they don't belong here. There are plenty of authoritarian countries they can go to if that's the kind of government they want. Enough is enough.

@marykr41 That comes with age. Except in the case of people like Djt. Biden does explain a bit about his younger years in government. Being just 71 and fazing into the,,, realizing limitations of age. You get less cocky and more thinking. Like I doubt he'd run between truck tires today 😂. But he has what trump doesn't. A working brain and a heart.

Yet how many actors, talk show hosts, and probably rock stars, have heard, " Taylor Swift for president"? Fill it the name as you choose. How many actors have won office, simply because of their stardom? But you make a good point.

@maryhalverson5713 Ugh, you mean like trump? When every event, every interview, TOTALLY, is pre-vetted. 100% choreographed and stacked 100% in his favor. His rallies are all hype and lies. No kickback no fact check. You're Biden comment is laughable by comparison. And when Biden has done open forums, he's done just fine. Maybe not 100% perfect, but you show me 1 case of anyone, in a general q&a, that comes out without a couple of gotcha, moments. Look at MTG. She gets ask 1 question about her Q, beliefs. And she has nothing but to curse at the reporter. Oh yeah, she's the perfect example of a younger Republican politician. NOT!

@mandyinseattle The problem with going Barr is, as you break further and further from the law, when do you stop? Yes, there should be adjustments in being too, by the book. But that change or changes, have to go through channels. Not made by the president as each different one with different mindsets, deside. The problem is, every president chooses his or her own AG. Maybe the AG should be elected, and then serve lifetime, like the judges. Or carry an 8 or whatever year term? With that much power, there must be checks and balances or, oversight. Something to assure even balance in the legal system. Something has to change.

@lindascott3973 I think Biden sees that. He's no trump. This is why he came out swinging, in this SOTU address. Originally he'd hoped he could get some help from enough of his Senate colleagues, to get things done without having to force them. He believes in the American process. But he's seen now that the disease called trump has really taken the Republican party over. I believe he will stay focused now on putting it out there, showing the 2020 voters, he's still in the game and will fight to keep trump OUT,of the White House this year.
