  1. But it's true that, lots of people say things in the moment, that they would never truly do when it's comes down to it. That's why many many people put aside his verbals as just that. And even trump, will never physically, personally, do things that will get him arrested or impeached. He may sign the paper, to do them. Thinking he can always say, I didn't do it, I signed the paper saying someone else could do it. He's not personally removing the immigrants, he's saying to someone else, go ahead, you have my permission. He thinks as long as his hands weren't grabbing immigrants and throwing them out, he's exempt from the responsibility.
