  25. A gag order is just like an order of protection for a spouse, child or a person going to testify in a trial etc. Judge's have to sign off on any police action. search warrant, restraining orders,etc. And failing to abide can surely be punished by jail time.

And B, that shows a history of doing things, he knows, can... do things to disrupt the norm. Someone is feeding him a list of people who they think will blow up,, the way the legal and constitutional norms have been. They learned from the first term, that they need to have people in place, on day 1, that are on the team 100%. This is why we're screwed, for the first 2 years of his term. The problem now is, we have almost lost the safety of checks and balances in the government. I'm not sure the forefathers considered the scenario we're in now. Because how many checks and balances do we need? Over the years, one party or the other, has worked over decades, to set up what we now have. All three branches of government, in lock step with the president. Who is being bought and paid for by a dark money group of not only national interests but foreign as well. I just don't think they figured this when writing the constitution. They also probably figured the voters, would be there to vote out, undesirable legislators, when they became corrupted. Little did they know. 🙃
