  1. There's NO doubt what he meant at the Elipse. He knew exactly how his freak squad would take his words. You'd have to have never known his behavior in the past, to believe otherwise. And even if we were to believe he didn't mean it the way it turned out. Once it happened, he did 0...to disarm it. Nothing. And THAT, is part of his oath of office. There are too many factors showing his acknowledgement and desires on that day, to believe otherwise.
