The ahole cannot go to court because he's to busy campaigning. But being speaker of the house is no problem. When he have time to be speaker between standing there and complaining constantly about being prosecuted? This is insane. Doesn't the speaker periodically go to the white house and talk to the president? And how the hell will he talk to Joe Biden, without saying something like, How does it feel to falsely be the president, knowing you stole it? It's insane to think of him being in the speaker seat.
