I'm sorry but I don't see, He should not. Is direct enough to be a threat. He better not. Is most definitely threatening. But should not sounds more like a suggestion. Maybe it's just me, and if the judge reads it as threatening, fine. Lock him up. But I just don't see it. I know he may have meant it as a strong suggestion, but this is a tough one. I honestly think his jabs about Jack Smith being insane or demented. And similar things about the judges etc, much more threatening. Because his flock of cultists read shit into his speech and read between the lines. They are the worrisome ones. Those death threats via email and phone are scary. Ya don't know how far those flakes will go.
