Unions do aid workers in the fact that they will argue for workers rights and desires, but they also are fighting for themselves because thru dues and initial fees, the union administration gets rich. If businesses would be and do right by worker's, there wouldn't be a market for entrepreneurs to get rich being labor union administrators. In other words, you may get a bit more money and benefits at your job, but union fees and administrative fees take some of the cream off the top while they get rich. More capitalism at work. They get to be millionaires while u make a few more bucks.
