I would truly love to be a fly in the room when Garland discusses this case. What the hell is it when as much as we're supposed to be an equal opportunity convictor, these rich aholes still,,,,get either off, or such light sentences, they may have never even charged them in the first place. Just change the GD words in the constitution saying, no poor person is above the law. But we have special cases for people in power, or are wealthy.
