Mueller did not have Trump indicted was because of the non rule, rule, that you and charge a sitting president,,, not for lack of evidence. You don't get to a 400 something page report,,, with nothing. And,,,, there are hundreds of legal minds in the US, that agree,, that there is evidence of wrong doings.
