  1. I can only imagine the sorrow and anger. Knowing that these things are preventable if only every precaution would be taken. But egotistical captains, owners and money overthrows all of those, sometimes. Ships too large to control. Top heavy cargo that makes unexpected events too difficult to handle unless everything,, is perfect. And we all know that doesn't happen very often.
