OMG! Religious battling is so disgusting. Century after century, on and on. My wife told me years ago. Do not get into arguments about religion or politics. And by god since I've been watching and involving myself into politics over the last 10 years on social media, I know exactly how right she was.

We've just learned nothing from south Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, on and on. First, why did we go in? And second, did we achieve what we went to do? Then, if not, how do we finish before leaving. If we went in to benefit us, then that was wrong to begin with, and probably won't end well.

@sarawarlestedt7242 Trust me. I'm just 70, and been through many presidents, governors, etc. And I'm sure many politicians during that time were punk ass sobs. My life didn't seem to change much through all of them. And, I never lost any sleep worrying about it. Now I do admit. I started my own one man band remodel business in 1991, after 15 years of building homes with my dad. And all through the Clinton years, i did great. Plenty of work, meant finally having a savings account. Until 2000, and a republican president, George w Bush. Maybe that's where politics hit me. During those 8 years my work got less and less. Till the 2008 mess. But ya know, I still didn't or couldn't do anything about it. Bush ran his 8 and my little biz took a nose dive. But me cursing Bush did nothing. I guess my point is. Things are going to happen. And you are right. We do need to get involved where we can. Us, by voting. But all the utube vids we anguish over, doesn't change much. The Dems vote Dem and the Repubs vote repub. We have to hope those on the fence, stick with us. Thanks.

Putin and his state police have their ears everywhere and their reach is the same. You make enough waves, they're going to hear about it and you'll probably get questioned and or worse. It's pretty obvious. They've lived like that for centuries. And in an authoritarian government change is probably not easy at all. If at all. Propaganda is a big powerful weapon. Look how it works here. You only imagine how it is in a country where police, military, is used to discipline anyone that may push against it.

DC is a slurry of foreign people working in government. It seems to me the possibility of there being a spy in the midst is so thinkable, it'd be amazing if there wasn't. Also, country loyalty since trump is so questionable, a leaker phoney patriot, who could deny that possibility. A mole trump supporter, a Biden hater, just a total America hater. So many possibilities. As for autocracies. We have so many states here seemingly pressing to practically separate from the union and forming their own state governments. What the hell are we going to do about those? While we work so hard helping other countries out of their messes, while here, the United States is having individual states building up towards secession, or at least it seems.
