  5. I doubt to many 8th graders even spot a comment from a presidential candidate. And unless you're truly a political child, which remembering back to 8th grade, who was. I'm an immigrant from Germany in 1956 at 4 years old. And even I wasn't at all into politics in 8th grade. My mom was a young girl thru the war, and we never discussed politics in our house growing up. Even though one day my mom got a call from one of our neighbors, saying, go back to Germany, kraut. And this was in the 60s. This is what happened to many soldiers during the war and in the aftermath if they brought their foreign wives back to the US. Blacks aren't the only ones having to deal with good ole American bigotry. It is sad that for all the years, MANY Americans haven't evolved past their hatred. And will still vote for someone like djt.

  6. OMG yes. These people are as nuts as it gets. I was watching the appeal today from trump and his lawyers. And they are insane with their trying to make the case that he is soooo innocent. It's sickening the dribble, double talk and over explaining what the forefathers meant with the article 14 amendment. And listening to the praise they showered on him and his terrible term, was nauseating, to say the least.

  7. That is exactly... correct. If they can do the same in states with real influence in the electoral college, it could truly help. But it's kind of a double edge sword. Not allowing him on the ballot will no doubt put a huge damper on the validity of the election in the eyes of many. Especially his voters. And many may no doubt deny the election results even more than 2020.

  32. I more than agree with any programs that help the people who NEED, the help. What I do not agree with is a gift to ALL, families with children. My son and daughter in law, make about 80 thousand a year. He is a Mr mom, she works at the CIA. She also makes 1500 a month, for a very slight injury from her stint in the army. So that puts their in income to 90 plus thou a year. I know how they live. They have 4 children. They have a very nice home, they buy new cars every other year. This basically shows me that people in that tax bracket, don't really need extra money just because they have children. I guess my point is. Financial handouts need to be regulated. They need to go to the true needy. Not to someone who just uses the money for a new car every year or vacation trips every other month. There are people who work way harder than my daughter in law, that have children and make 25 to 35 thou a year or less. They... deserve the funds way more than someone making 100 thousand or more a year. Just my opinion.

  34. Though I do give people like this credit for being smart, they use other peoples money to make themselves money. By using tax tricks etc to sure, make money for others through investments, for a percentage. Though it's head work no doubt, many millions of people work truly hard, at their jobs, and never see anywhere near, the financial payback these people make thru their tricks in money management. Using others wealth to make their own super wealth. Using tax cheatery. Face it. If everyone paid their fair share, investors may not have all those extra dollars to use to make themselves millionaires. Though I agree he's giving back now. How many years did he accept super high paychecks and give nothing. Sure now he's giving back, but how many years did he just take? He tells Biden to step aside because of his age, yet he wants to keep working and he's older than Biden. Sometimes hypocrisy is blind.
