That is exactly... correct. If they can do the same in states with real influence in the electoral college, it could truly help. But it's kind of a double edge sword. Not allowing him on the ballot will no doubt put a huge damper on the validity of the election in the eyes of many. Especially his voters. And many may no doubt deny the election results even more than 2020.

@CoachMacdaddy What does this have to do with my comment? I was totally agreeing with the hosts reading of the article 14 amendment. It's rock solid. But it's totally going to be lambasted by trump, his lawyers and if it holds up in the supreme Court, like every other supreme Court ruling against him, he will call them unamerican, phonys, trump haters etc. And his cultist followers will do, who knows what. They're unpredictable.
