I think the SC is waiting to see the reaction of popular opinion, before they make their judgement. If more than 70% of Americans show by April or whenever they set their vote. They will agree with that majority. If Joe Biden wins in 24, which I'm totally thinking he will. He should most definitely increase the size of the SC. Because it's obviously, too lopsided. And the Court has shown it definitely wants to rule itself. I'd have to see what is involved in adding more judges. But it needs to either be non political or balanced. Preferably both, but we can't ask for too much too soon.
