So sorry Rice. But your party was separatest ever since Mitch McConnell became leader of the Republican Senate. His agenda has been segregational against the Dems from his beginning. Obama had to work alone, because McConnell swore nothing would be voted on while he was in charge. Don't go blaming Obama for being partisan.
