The fact is that, any person that has done a certain crime against the constitution, is not supposed to be eligible to gain or run for a government office. That's all this is about. Now so far, he hasn't been legally convicted. So what they're trying to do here is do it by the state not putting his name on the ballot. That doesn't mean anyone in the state can't write his name in. It would still count as a vote. If they find him guilty of whichever charge, then possibly he could be removed from ballots more officially. And sorry to tell you but, more Americans say they would not vote for him than would. Especially if he is convicted. Face the facts. He did make all of the plans for all the crap that was supposed to happen and what did happen on Jan 6 th. And that, my friend, is breaking everything every bit of the oath he SWORE ON THE BIBLE, he swears he reads, about defending the constitution. We all saw it. We watched it. We heard it. Just because he didn't say it point blank. Doesn't mean he didn't know exactly what he was insinuating. And almost every one of the people that were in on it, are going to tell it in court. To get lessened punishment.
