@graemebr How can there be errors, if they're not spoken to? When he claims, the 5th, it doesn't verify nor nullify the accusations. Seems until he is made to answer the questions, or they are proven by evidence, which I'm sure they have, he hasn't admitted to anything. I'm sure he's guilty as sin and has done everything they suggest in this proceeding. But up until they go into a courtroom and put the facts they have, on a whiteboard, for all to see, he'll claim innocence. And millions of people will accept his claim.
This is why he takes the 5th. When he's asked, are you the head of the trump organization, and liable for decisions made there? If he says no, and proven later to have lied. He's sunk.
If he says yes. He's sunk. What the hell does, same answer, say? I know it's, due process... but it seems like time and money wasted. When he's allowed to plead the 5th, with seemingly no value for the prosecution. And more delay for him. Despite maybe the inconvenience. But watching his smug face and semi belligerent attitude , is gag rendering.

@blueforest4589 No, I'm saying, maybe time could be saved by just getting his ass on a witness stand, put all this evidence up on a monitor, and give it to a jury. And quit pussyfooting around with him. These depositions show nothing to the public. And face it, his future will be made by the public more harshly if a larger majority see the proof of his guilt. Or innocence, as u say. Not very many criminals, graciously admit that what they did, was wrong. A deposition full of, same answer, responses. Do nothing. And I don't think a deposition is a necessity for making a case, unless yes or no, is expected.

@blueforest4589 First of all. You answered your first question with your own translation. And yes, I'm referring to the deposition questions. Second, I did accept the premise that the deposition is a part of the process. Even though it gave nothing to the questions when the 5th is used 400 times. Because no matter how you define or take the 5th , it's not an answer that a jury can use . My opinion.
I do not, disagree that we have rights, and they should be adhered to. But also a defendant also has a responsibility follow judges orders right? And no matter what you say about our rights. Once you are indicted, your rights are diminished because you are no longer totally innocent. You ve been deemed by a grand jury to be guilty enough to be guilty of a crime. And from that point until you are deemed innocent by the law, your rights are restricted. He's already been CONVICTED, as a sexual deviant. The judge called him a rapist. Though he books show abuser, as the recorded crime.
Bottom line is, you keep referring to him as, just another person, who's been accused...of something. I refer to him as a convicted rapist, that's been, " indicted", of dozens of crimes. Of which the majority of America and probably the world, believe he's guilty of.
But if YOU, want him to be the poor little guy accused of minimal crimes like maybe petty shop lifting, you keep defending him. I'm not.
