  1. Even if it was an in the intentional set fire, I think they could do it a lot more simply than that. But honestly, I don't put anything passed people intentionally doing a criminal act to get themselves what they want, in order to make money. Private or governmentally. I mean,they have the program to take people's land in order to build highways, businesses, or other things. But the other stuff,,,thats insane.
