  1. I'm assuming this was a religious type persecution? Humanity did many horrible things in the name of religion. We don't hit that point enough. Terrible.

  2.  @AegixDrakan  Unfortunately, proven by DjT, separation of church and state doesn't mean much. The Catholic church has been a dominant force in government for a long,long time. But millions have been killed in the name of Christianity. Religion is just a powerful reason to kill in many minds. Kinda a crazy ,catch 22.
