  1. You're speaking to the peons Robert. How the hell do we get our, Congress, to do these... improvements. When they don't even get together enough to do the basics? You have MARVELOUS..., ideas. But how do we, the people that only 60% of us vote, to get our Congress, to implement them? Any of them? It's been this way, even before you were part of the system. And you couldn't even get it done then. There's ALWAYS, someone in the congress, to block or hide, or screw, everything to make these changes. Why? Because it may take some power, away from them.
