  1. This is so f,n ridiculous. They get the money appropriated, hand millions to who? Big business, who we're not sure if they use it properly, because there's 0 oversight. They hand out the one time payments and some other money's. Then with 400 million left,still appropriated, they do some wheeling and dealing and say,,,,thst money went back into the treasury,,,right. The way these people take our tax dollars,and move them wherever they want,,,, I wouldn't trust Rump and his cronies,,at all.
