It's just another sign that he's so not used to everyday regular guy thing. Never having to have delt with things like cleaning a toilet or anything labor related. Not seeing that regular paper doesn't make it down the toilet drain . Because toilet paper almost desolves in water. Writing paper doesn't. But the man with the big, abrain, can't seem to figure that out.
