  2. The relationship will be just like it was in the Obama years. If mcconnell is the Senate leader, Biden will have to do executive orders to make any changes that will truly help. And Graham will still be there, spouting off. Probably saddened because his buddy is gone from power. No more golf games with the great white whale ass. Poor baby.
