  1. I'd guess there are police there for security etc? What Smith did was assault, pure and simple. I'm sure police saw it happen, Rock does not have to press charges for smith to be arrested. If a crime is witnessed by police, they have the right to arrest on the spot. Once again, this shows some people are, above the law. And once again, it's the wealthy.
