I agree the possibility of desperate confusion could have caused her to make that mistake. But, you also have to take your safty off before firing. Her gun should not have been fire ready just pulling and firing. She did make a horrible mistake which unfortunately caused a death, but I believe it wasn't intended. You heard her say she shot him. But I do believe it was, heat of the moment. And, I think she is very,very hurt by what she did. People need to learn not to try to break away from an arrest. Do the arrest then file a serious complaint. At least chances of death or injury are way less.
