  1. Hard to believe putin is so confident. Why would someone so confident need so many body guards? When you're confident, you feel self sufficient, not needing aid. Personally I think Putin is like the bullied wimp in school. Compensating with political power.

  3.  Victor Bonello  Well, politicians are elected to govern. And can be voted out. An oligarchs, are kinda appointed by the head person, maybe not even officially, to advise the head person. I'd say oligarchs are more like the billionaires in the shadows, telling the elected officials what they want. Donating lots of money in order to get their ways. But I don't think you're too far off the mark.
