Problem is they never shut down. And if they do, it's like a weekend,,so most people lose nothing cause it's when no ones working anyway. It's just a big bunch of BS to pull our minds off topic for a while. It's not like a strike or walkout where paychecks don't come till things are truly solved. By now, people should be so done, with government as usual. It's this BS that got Trump elected.
